Hengjie Ai

Hengjie Ai holds a Ph.D. degree from the Economics Department of the University of Minnesota. He is currently a Professor of Finance at the Wisconsin School of Business, the Robert M. Steiner Chair in Business, and the Department Chair of the Finance Department. Before joining the Finance Department of the University of Wisconsin, Dr. Ai worked as a faculty member at Duke University and at the University of Minnesota. He has previously held visiting professorships at the University of Chicago, the University of Pennsylvania, and the Goethe University of Frankfurt. Dr. Ai’s research interests include asset pricing, macroeconomics, and economic theory.
