Program Itinerary & Policies

Program Fees and Payment

  • Deposit: A USD 500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure enrollment. This deposit is part of the total program fee and will be credited toward the balance.
  • Standard Fees: Double room: USD 4,950; Single room: USD 5,250. (Both fees include the USD 500 non-refundable deposit.)
  • Early-Bird Discount: Full payment by December 31, 2025 qualifies for a 10% discount.
  • Payment Method: PAPSI will provide secure online payment links for direct payment to the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
  • Program Fee Includes: All academic activities, company visits, cultural events, administrative support, accommodation in Madison and buffet breakfast during the program stay.
  • Program Fee Does Not Include: International airfare, visa fees, Chicago accommodation, meals/personal expenses (unless specified), optional self-funded activities.

PAPSI Summer Program will provide support for participants in applying for a U.S. B1 visa. Services include:

  • Official invitation letter
  • Program schedule
  • Admission/acceptance letter
  • Additional supporting documents as needed
  • Q&A support for completing the DS-160 visa application form

Please note: The outcome of the visa application is determined solely by the U.S. Embassy/Consulate. The program cannot guarantee visa approval.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • The USD 500 deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • If the participant cancels the program within 30 days before departure, no refund will be issued.
  • If the participant cancels the program between 30 and 60 days before departure, 50% of the remaining tuition will be refunded.
  • If the participant cancels the program more than 60 days before departure, 70% of the remaining tuition will be refunded.
  • If the participant’s visa application is rejected with supporting documentation from the U.S. Embassy/Consulate, the remaining tuition will be refunded in full, minus bank transaction fees.
  • Non-compliance with program rules (including but not limited to unauthorized guests, violation of accommodation policies, misconduct, or any violation of local, state, or federal laws) will be treated as voluntary withdrawal, and the participant forfeits all rights to a refund.
